About the tour PARASAILING
Take off and land on the boat, and you don’t need to hold on! Fly alone
or with some of your friends. Parasailing is a great family experience. We want
to give you the most scenic and thrilling flight of your life. Parasailors are
given a “bird’s eye view” of the pristine Costa Rican coast without losing a
feather. That’s up to 1.000 feet in the air.
After a thorough flight briefing and safety check we will cruise out to
a position in the bay and inflate the parasail. When it is your turn to fly
your crewman will assist you to the carpeted flight deck where you will be firmly
and securely attached to the parasail with a strong safety harness. As the
Captain accelerates the boat you magically float into the air. The line is
slowly released from the hydraulic winch and, from the lift of the parasail,
you are drawn skyward. As you climb higher and higher your surroundings become
quieter and quieter while the boat gets smaller and smaller.
*Total
experience, from beach pick-up to return, is approximately 1 ½ hours, flight
tine is 10-12 minutes for singles and 15-18 minutes for doubles and the minimum
total weight is 110 lbs and the maximum total weight is 350 lbs.
