About the tour Palo Verde National Park
After a guided scenic drive through Sabanero (Cow boy)
Country to the put-in location, enjoy on the two hour cruise on the rivers
being the nearest access to world famous Palo Verde National Park.
This river is one of most important rivers of Costa Rica. A long time
ago this Tempisque River was used for transportation sugar cane, fruits, beef,
and transportation of people. This is considered on the largest bird sanctuary
in Centro America due there have found aquatic birds, the biggest number birds
found in Central America. When we go down the Tempisque River on the boat you
will beadle to see different species of birds like cattle egrets, herons,
flycatchers, ospreys, and kingfisher other species birds. Besides that we also
see two kinds of species of monkeys. The respected crocs and six feet iguana.
After finishing boat tour we will be going for typical delicious meal that you
will enjoy.
